The Firm

Quietly, precisely, on your terms.

International Tax Advisers is the private-client division of LEXeFISCAL LLP. Founded by Dr Clifford Frank, we counsel high-net-worth individuals, families and global citizens whose lives sit across three or more jurisdictions.

Origin

A division of LEXeFISCAL LLP.

LEXeFISCAL LLP was established in London to handle the fiscal questions that don't fit a single jurisdiction. International Tax Advisers is its private-client arm — a quiet practice for individuals and families introduced to us by their lawyers, private banks and family offices.

Our work begins where most tax compliance ends: residency changes, succession across borders, asset transfers between jurisdictions, and the unwinding of structures that no longer serve the people inside them.

LEXeFISCAL LLP is not a firm of solicitors and is not regulated by the SRA.

Principles

Three commitments we don't compromise on.

01

Discretion as standard

Every engagement runs under LEXeFISCAL LLP, with encrypted intake and the document trail to match. We work the way private banks and family offices expect us to.

02

Genuinely cross-border

UK, US and EU treaty positions sit on the same desk. No referrals out, no waiting on a foreign correspondent — the analysis happens in-house from the first call.

03

Defensible by design

Every structure we recommend is built to withstand HMRC, IRS and EU enquiry. If we can't paper it cleanly, we won't recommend it.

Founder

Dr Clifford Frank.

Founder of LEXeFISCAL LLP, Clifford has advised principals, entrepreneurs and globally mobile families on cross-border tax for more than two decades. His practice spans UK statutory residence, US worldwide reporting, EU exit charges and the estate-planning structures that hold them together.

“Most engagements begin with a quiet conversation. From there, the next step is always the client’s to take.”
Begin quietly

A four-minute diagnostic before any conversation.

The Cross-Border Tax Health Check surfaces the exposures most generalist advisers overlook. Confidential. No obligation.
